What is the most you would be willing to pay for hot sauce? Well I definitely splurged a little on this one and used it to create this recipe. The Infamous Duck and Orange Zested Potatoes

This dish cost me my shot at winning $250,000 dollars but sadly it was never executed. Gordon Ramsay found it to be unorthodox to use orange zest in a potato mash and I was kicked off the MasterChef competition. I took it upon myself to recreate the infamous duck and orange zested potatoes, so you guys can be the judge and let me know if I did deserve to get the boot or not.
